Dear UrbanNeeds Team,

I recently purchased a hoodie from your platform, and I must say, the quality, color, and fitting are absolutely awesome. However, I was very disappointed with your delivery system. Unlike other platforms that ship within a day or two, my order took 10 days to ship, which is quite inconvenient.

I would also suggest adding a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option to enhance customer convenience. Improving your delivery system and payment options will greatly enhance the overall shopping experience.

The hoodie is amazing and the best so far. Hopefully, Sam can keep up with the quality and not compromise on it.
The only and major drawback is the shipping and delivery of this because it took 2 weeks approx to reach me.
