I order on 25 april its 5 may its not dispatch yet pls solve

Oversized graphic tee

The graphic tee size S is mentioned with chest 42 but when measured actually it came out to chest 36 inch which makes it difficult for customers like me.
The overall quality and drape is superb but I won’t buy it again bcoz of the size issue and incompetencency in urban needs technical support.
